Administrative Assistant
Location: Tampa Executive Airport

Reports to: Director/ Front Desk Administrator
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is essential to keeping our organization running smoothly and will work closely with leadership, staff, and clients/students.
Key Responsibilities

Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors professionally

Manage scheduling, calendars, and general correspondence

Maintain accurate records, files, and data entry

Assist with student/client paperwork and internal documentation

Coordinate with accounting, dispatch, and other departments as needed

Support management with administrative tasks and projects
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous administrative or office experience preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Certified Flight Instructor
Location: Tampa Executive Airport
Type: Full-Time
Department: Flight Operations
Reports To: Chief Flight Instructor / Director of Operations
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Certified Flight Instructor to join our instructional team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality flight and ground instruction while helping students progress efficiently and safely through their training.
Key Responsibilities

Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with FAA regulations

Prepare students for stage checks, checkrides, and knowledge tests
-
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings
-
Ensure accurate and timely training records and endorsements
-
Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism
-
Communicate student progress and concerns with leadership
-
Uphold company policies, procedures, and training standards
Qualifications
-
FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate required
-
CFII and/or MEI preferred but not required
-
Current First-Class or Second-Class Medical preferred
-
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and training standards
-
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Preferred Experience
-
Flight school or Part 141 experience
-
Experience instructing Private, Instrument, and Commercial students

Familiarity with electronic scheduling and training management systems

Aircraft Maintenance
Location: Tampa Executive Airport

Reports To: Director of Maintenance / Chief Mechanic
Position Summary
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This position is responsible for ensuring aircraft are maintained to FAA standards and remain safe, reliable, and mission-ready.
Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues
-
Complete accurate maintenance records and logbook entries
-
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
-
Coordinate with flight operations to minimize downtime
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
-
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
-
Previous general aviation maintenance experience preferred
-
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
-
Flight school or high-utilization fleet experience
-
Familiarity with single-engine training aircraft
-
Inspection Authorization (IA) a plus, but not required
